How do I request a delivery?
Enter your parcel size, the pick-up point, the destination and the delivery type (urgent or scheduled), then continue in the app. A BoxMan is assigned automatically.
What parcel sizes are accepted?
From S (25×25×25 cm, 1 kg) to XXL (70×70×70 cm, 20 kg): documents, clothes, standard boxes, large boxes or bulky items.
How much does a delivery cost?
The price depends on the parcel size and the delivery type: an urgent delivery carries a 50% surcharge. The estimate shown is indicative; the exact price is confirmed in the app before you validate.
How is payment secured?
Payments are processed online securely. Payment is released once the delivery has been made and rated.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, tracking is in real time in the app, and you receive notifications at every step. You can also use the page Track my delivery.
